


Creating Development Plans - For this course, I was tasked to help new managers write development plans for their colleagues, known as Muddies. I used a development plan template of my own design and created a story for managers to follow.



Service Animals - This course was a remake of an old course discussing the rights of individuals with service animals and guiding employees to appropriately conduct themselves around a service animal. I developed this training with the main judgement calls a Muddy would have to make in mind, building practice scenarios to test learners.



Training a New Muddy - For this course, I wanted to break down the essentials of workplace training to help a less-experienced leader do so effectively. I used advice sourced from the field along with proven training techniques.
